She earned her A.S. in Addictions Counseling and B.A. in Psychology from the University of Providence in Great Falls, MT, in 2008, before completing her M.A. in Professional Counseling in 2020. Her therapeutic approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, with a passion for somatic therapy and the mind-body connection. She uses Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Expressive Therapies to create a space where individuals feel safe, heard, and accepted, fostering connection, resilience, and a renewed sense of self.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys writing, reading, theater, and creative pursuits such as art and crochet. She loves hiking the trails around Helena with her husband and two sons and finds inspiration and healing in nature. She also enjoys yoga and curling up with a cozy mystery.
