Shandyce Day

With a decade of nursing experience, Shandyce is honored to serve as the Nurse Manager at PureView Health Center, where her passion lies in helping patients receive the care they need—no matter their background or circumstances. She believes in meeting people where they are, offering support, understanding, and advocacy through some of life’s most challenging moments. Her clinical experience in mental health, child psychiatry, neurology, care management, and population health has given her a deep appreciation for the unique stories and needs of every patient we serve. Just as she advocates for patients, Shandyce is equally committed to mentoring and empowering nurses to grow with confidence, compassion, and purpose. Outside of work, she finds joy in spending time outdoors with family and friends, traveling, and staying active in her children’s sports and community events.
