Paula Stephenson

Paula Stephenson serves as the Chief Operations and Compliance Officer at PureView Health Center, where she has been part of the leadership team since 2017. She brings over 25 years of experience in the health and human services field and holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Montana State University–Bozeman, along with certifications in leadership, compliance, and project management. She is also completing her Healthcare Operations Management certification through Cornell University. Paula’s experience blends leadership and compliance with efforts to enhance community healthcare quality and coordination. In her role at PureView, she is committed to advancing high-quality, equitable care through effective systems, integrity, and collaboration. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, gardening, crafting, and participating in Zumba.
