Jessica Tabaracci, LAC, SWLC,

Jessica is a Licensed Addictions Counselor and Social Work Licensure Candidate who joined PureView Health Center in September 2025. She currently serves as a Behavioral Health Care Manager, where she supports and coordinates PureView’s Collaborative Care Program, as well as an Integrated Behavioral Health Therapist. Prior to her role at Pureview, she worked in behavioral health in Arizona for 3 years in a children's community health clinic serving as a case manager. 

Jessica earned her undergraduate degree in Community Health and Human Development from Montana State University and her Master of Social Work from Arizona State University. She is passionate about eliminating barriers to care and helping people access the support and resources they need.

She enjoys getting to know each person as an individual and working collaboratively to better understand their experiences, strengths, and goals. She strives to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where people feel comfortable being themselves. Jessica believes that everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported. She is passionate about helping individuals recognize their strengths, navigate challenges, and take meaningful steps toward improved well-being and a fulfilling life.



Outside of work, you can find her hiking on Mt Helena with her Dog Gus-Gus, skiing at discovery ski area, or enjoying a weekend trip with her Husband.
