Paula Stephenson

Paula began her journey with PureView Health Center in January 2017, joining as a member of the Leadership Team as Chief Operations Officer. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Montana State University, Bozeman as well as leadership and project management certifications and training. With over 25 years of experience in the health and human services field, Paula has specialized in management and operational roles encompassing preventative and chronic disease management, as well as behavioral health and developmental disability services. From 2023 to 2025, Paula contributed to a federal grant project managed by the DPHHS, where she concurrently provided operations consulting to the health center. She is thrilled to return to PureView as Director of Program Management, bringing her extensive expertise in grant and contract implementation, administrative operations, staff development and training, strategic planning, and community outreach to lead impactful programs and initiatives. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and children, particularly with outdoor recreational activities and is an avid crafter and Zumba enthusiast.
